Hi Roberta,
The CCW spinning is caused by the tail rotor not spinning fast enough. I take it that you have already tried pressing the (R) trim switch on the remote control unit multiple times?
Does pressing the (L) trim switch make it turn faster in the CCW direction? If the (R) trim will not stabilize the tail, then you might have a damaged tail rotor. Does it turn freely?
Does the tail prop appear to be in good shape? Has the Heli always had this problem, or did this just start? You will want to be sure that the Heli is fully charged up – that can also affect the CW-CCW trim. If this Heli had this problem right out of the box, you might have
a defective Heli.

I seem to be having the same problem, the trim does not work. It doesn’t make any difference which buttom I press, it still sits there and spends round and round. I have checked the Heli out and nothing is broken or warped up. Need help with this.

Hi Angela, If you have clicked the trim switch that is opposite of the direction that the Heli is spinning about a dozen times and the rotation does not slow down, I’d say there is a defect in your brand new Heli and you should return it for a replacement. Make sure you are clicking the proper switch… example: If your Heli is spinning counter-clockwise, then you want to tap the “Right” switch a bunch of times. Only other thing to check is to be sure you have new batteries in your controller
and that you have charged up the Heli for a good 15 minutes. When you fly the Heli does it
have plenty of power to climb vertically, or is it slow to climb?
